Grief encompasses a broad range of responses and coping with loss can sometimes be overwhelming. Join us as a Community Outreach Specialist from Hospice of the Northwest shares how grief may manifest and how your history of loss may affect how you grieve. We will explore 8 myths about grief and offer ways to process a loss.
