The Grief Recovery Method® is an 8-week guided support group aiming to help work through unresolved grief and complicated emotions accompanying loss. This course is two hours each week, and will help you navigate through your own grief recovery and personal loss. Although this group is intended to provide education and tools for grief in a group setting, you will never be expected to share anything you are not comfortable sharing with the small group. This group is open to any adult who has lost someone close to them and may be taken even if you have already gone through the grief recovery method course.
Groups are held on Wednesdays from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
To join the group, or get more information, please call Allie Brooks at 360-814-5570, via email, or call our main line at 360-814-5550.
