Diane Mills Hart, MSW, LSWAIC, Bereavement Coordinator
The journey through grief and loss has no map and sometimes it can be hard to tell where you are.
The journey can be exhausting, and you may need to stop often to rest. Sometimes the road is smooth, sometimes it is bumpy, and sometimes you may hit a pothole. You may get stuck somewhere that you don’t really want to be. Then, hopefully, help comes along, and you are back on the road again. The Hospice of the Northwest Bereavement Team can be part of the helpful hands and hearts that support you through the ups and downs.

The Grief Recovery Method™ is an 8 week program that builds on each previous session. Attendance and commitment are essential.
