assess whether a patient may be hospice eligible, may need their blood pressure
medications reduced to reduce risk of falls or need more palliation for
avoid showering because it’s so exhausting. Is this a problem for you?”
“How long do you
have to rest after taking a shower?”
“Do you feel
lightheaded or weak in the shower?”
