Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Philip moved to Skagit County over twenty years ago and has since worked for the betterment of the community with numerous non-profit organizations and businesses. He holds an MBA from Baylor University and a BA from the University of Texas. Philip has also served on numerous boards and committees and is the Treasurer for the Anacortes Community Theatre.

Philip started with Hospice of the Northwest Foundation in July 2024 and is thrilled to work for an organization that meaningfully touches the lives of so many people.
