The 2026 Ports of Call Gala has a stunning new home: the Ports of Call Gala will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Swinomish Casino & Lodge.
While this marks a shift from our longtime home at the Corporate Air Center and a later September date, the heart of the evening remains the same—bringing together our community’s most dedicated supporters to celebrate life and compassionate hospice care. This year’s theme, Time Flies, honors the precious moments made possible through your generosity. With limited capacity, the 2026 Gala will be a sold‑out, intimate evening.

What is the Ports of Call Gala & Auction?
The Ports of Call Gala & Auction is the 26th annual signature fundraising event hosted by Hospice of the Northwest Foundation. It brings together community members, local businesses, and supporters across Skagit, Island, San Juan, and Snohomish counties for an evening of dining, live and silent auctions, and celebration. All proceeds support the Foundation’s mission to fund compassionate end-of-life care for patients and families regardless of their ability to pay.
Where is the 2026 Ports of Call Gala being held?
The 2026 Ports of Call Gala & Auction will be held at Swinomish Casino & Lodge in Anacortes, Washington. This is a new venue for the event, which was held at Corporate Air Center in Burlington for its first 25 years. The address is 12885 Casino Dr, Anacortes, WA 98221.
When is the 2026 Ports of Call Gala?
The gala takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The RSVP deadline is Friday, August 22, 2026.
How much are tickets to the Ports of Call Gala?
Tickets are $125 per person and include dinner, drinks, appetizers, and access to the live and silent auctions. Tables of 8 are available for $1,000. All guests must be 21 or older. Tickets can be purchased at https://PortsofCall2026.auctria.events.
What is the dress code for the Ports of Call Gala?
The dress code is semi-formal. Navy and gold are encouraged in keeping with this year’s Time Flies theme. Think cocktail dress, a gown, or a sharp suit or blazer. Guests are encouraged to dress for an elegant evening out.
What does Hospice of the Northwest Foundation do with gala proceeds?
Hospice of the Northwest Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a legally separate entity from Hospice of the Northwest. Funds raised through the gala support integrative care services like therapeutic music, massage therapy, and acupuncture that Medicare does not cover, bereavement support for families for 13 months following a loss, and a no-patient-turned-away policy that ensures care is available regardless of a family’s financial situation. In 2025, Foundation funding supported 1,300 patients across our four-county region.
Can I participate if I can’t attend in person?
