Bereavement Support

Not just for families of hospice patients – for community members too.

Many struggle this time of year with grief and loss. Hospice of the Northwest offers a robust community bereavement program open to anyone within our service area, regardless of prior hospice use.

Our self-service lending library has resources that range in style from the very personal to more guidebook-like, and in intent from inspirational to practical.

If your patients need support please encourage them to self-refer and reach out to Hospice of the Northwest this season.

For referral information or to learn more, please visit HospiceNW.org/Bereavement or contact the Bereavement Support Center directly at 360-814-5570.
