Heidi is a resident of Marysville, where she lives with her family. She is a member of the Greater Marysville-Tulalip Chamber of Commerce and, in her spare time, tries to find ways to volunteer her time to improve her community.

She is currently a licensed health insurance producer for the State of Washington, specializing in working with individuals who are new to Medicare. Prior to that, she worked with Optum Complex Population Management, helping skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. For the past twenty years of her career, her work has mainly been focused on the senior population, and she is passionate about both working with and helping them.

She has personal experience with the benefits of hospice from family, and knows how important compassion and dignity are at the end of life. For her, hospice is about bringing kindness and empathy to both family and patients to ease pain, increase quality of life, and help family by supporting their emotional needs.
